Addyson is a fiction writer who crafts angsty, weird, darkly funny novels about grumpy people who bring out the sunshine in each other. Her current work in progress is set in the 80s and focuses on two misfit music lovers determined to save the amusement park where they work by staging a benefit concert.

She holds an MFA in Creative Writing and lives in Colorado, where she is a lecturer at a small liberal arts college, publishes humor articles, and practices aerial arts. She also has the musical taste of everyone’s dad (according to her Spotify Wrapped).
